⏱️ Delivery times and procedure

To ensure the best price and the freshest products directly from manufacturers, order processing is carried out as follows:

  1. Order processing and picking: 2–4 business days after receiving payment.

  2. Delivery to a parcel locker or by courier: 1–3 business days from the moment of dispatch.

  3. Total delivery time: usually 4–7 business days.

If any of the items are temporarily unavailable in the supplier’s warehouse, we will contact you within 1 business day to agree on an alternative or issue a full refund.

ℹ️ Important information for the buyer

  • Accurate details: When placing an order, please provide an accurate phone number and the address of the selected parcel locker so that delivery can proceed without delays.

  • Receiving the shipment: Please collect the shipment within the parcel locker storage period. If the shipment is not collected and is returned back, the Seller has the right to withhold the delivery costs.

  • Confirmation: The order is considered delivered at the moment when the delivery service provider records its handover to the Buyer.
